Alfie Jukes Live: Flashlights, Fan Projects, and Full-Volume Feels
On May 12th Alfie Jukes brought his All Dressed Up For Nothing Tour to the Rock Cafe in Prague. But he did not come alone! His special guests Waiting For Smith and Ben Ellis completed the evening and added their energy to this magical night.
Free Therapy
The evening began with something gentle; Waiting for Smith, the first support act, invited the crowd into a therapeutic space of music and manifestations. His set was more than a warm-up; it was a moment of grounding. Encouraging the audience to dance, shake off the bad, and appreciate the good, his wholesome energy set the tone for the night. Singing affirmations embedded in his lyrics, he sparked a conga line that had strangers dancing hand-in-hand, forming a cozy and open-hearted atmosphere for what was to come.

Ben Ellis Take-Over
Next up was Ben Ellis, whose performance felt electric. With only a guitar and his voice, he delivered heartfelt tunes that resonated deeply with the crowd. Songs like No One Sleeps in Hollywood and Ed’s House brought high energy and booming singalongs that made it feel like he was already a headliner in his own right.

The Beginning of a Dance Party
Just before Alfie Jukes hit the stage, Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! by ABBA blasted through the speakers, sending the crowd into euphoric cheers. When Alfie finally stormed on with his opener Too Much, the room lit up with excitement. From the first minute, he danced and owned the stage, effortlessly drawing everyone into his vibrant, joy-filled world. The night was a perfect mix of dance party and emotional catharsis. One of the most touching moments came during More Time, where fans held up yellow paper hearts as part of a fan project, transforming the venue into a glowing sea of love and gratitude.

Acoustic Moments
Each song carried its own emotional weight, but none more so than Alfie’s nightly cover—this time, Stardust by ZAYN. With flashlights swaying and friends hugging tightly, it became a collective release, with many in tears. He followed it up with an acoustic performance of Starfish, letting the gently moment linger before lifting the energy again.
The Big Sing-Along
Ben Ellis returned for Amsterdam, a fun duet that ended with fans gifting a signed Czech flag and flowers. A proof of the deep bond between artist and audience. Alfie Jukes kept the energy flowing with a mix of new tracks like Homesick and fan favorites like Spiderwebs, never once letting the momentum drop. As the night came to a close, he performed Eyes Wide, Cigarette, and Boys, leaving the Prague crowd singing at the top of their lungs and their hearts full.

This whole night of three incredible artists was such a healing and joyful experience, as well as a celebration of how music brings us together. The energy in the room was full of love and gratitude and emotions, and a space to express all of it in your own ways. If you get the chance to catch Alfie Jukes on tour, do yourself the favor and experience it for yourself.
